The property has many flat recreational areas. It is tiered for easy access to the 32' dock at the water. The lake bottom is all granular sand with a gradual water entry to a depth of about 5' at the end of the dock. As much of this Algonquin-like property and shoreline as possible is left in its natural state to attract the many sightings of all non-threatening birds, fish, waterfowl and wildlife. The old-growth forest of maple, evergreen, birch, cedar, beech and hemlock is groomed to allow for privacy and ample visual interaction with the dock, property and lake from the cottage. An old canoe, paddleboard and 14' aluminum boat are left at the shore.
