The three-bedroom Bala cottage is located on Lake Muskoka with a nice level lot, perfect for children. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have a queen sized bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a bunkie, which sleeps three or more people in a bunk bed with a lower double folding into a couch futon that will seat three. There is enough room for another single.
The cottage has an 18' x 14' screened-in Muskoka Room looking out on Lake Muskoka with a barbeque located within the screened area. The living room features an airtight fireplace insert, a 27' TV and Bell Express View connected to both the main cottage and the Bunkie with a 25” TV.
At the waterfront you will find a large dock for sitting and sunning and a sandy beach with dock mooring for boats up to 22’.
Water access: Waterfront property on Lake Muskoka.
Cost: Weekly from Saturday to Saturday, $1400 and weekend rates in May, June,
September; and October including Friday night (if available) $200/day.
